At Day Rentals, we offer flexible options for customer pickup and delivery services to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient rental experience.

Customer Pick-Up (Free Option)

We offer free customer pickup for most rental items.

Customer Responsibilities

By choosing pickup, the renter agrees to the following:

  • You must arrive with a suitable vehicle capable of safely transporting the rented equipment
  • All equipment must be properly secured and strapped down during transport
  • Ratchet straps or tie-downs are required for most items
  • The renter is fully responsible for:
    • Safe loading and unloading
    • Transporting equipment without damage
    • Any damage caused during transit

Loading & Unloading

  • Customers must provide adequate manpower to safely load and unload items
  • Some items are heavy, bulky, or oversized (tents, staging, etc.)
  • We strongly recommend bringing:
    • At least 2–4 people depending on the rental
    • A truck, trailer, or large SUV when required
  • Ramps are recommended for heavier equipment where applicable

Our staff may assist with loading at their discretion, however ultimate responsibility remains with the renter.

Pickup Restrictions

Day Rentals reserves the right to refuse pickup if:

  • The vehicle is not suitable
  • Proper tie-down equipment is not present
  • There is insufficient manpower to safely handle equipment
