Welcome to DayRentals.ca, By renting equipment and/or booking event services from our website www.dayrentals.ca, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Rental Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By renting equipment or booking event services from our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Equipment Rental Terms

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
  • A valid ID and deposit are required for rentals.
  • All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
  • The customer is responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of rented equipment.

3. Event Rental & Booking Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure event equipment.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full or partial refund.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring proper setup space and access for rented equipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or hazardous event conditions.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the rented equipment and any damages or injuries resulting from its use.
  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by misuse or improper handling of rented equipment.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DayRental.ca from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their rental or event.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 48 may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline.
  • Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for rental and event-related purposes.
  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms before renting or booking services.
